  • Contractual Necessity: To perform the initial consultation, assessment of skill levels, and the bespoke route and curriculum design for your session.

  • Consent: When you voluntarily submit an inquiry via my "Connect" page.

I use your information strictly to:

  • Process your 50% reservation fee and secure your session date.

  • Personalize your curriculum and route based on your skill level.

  • Communicate essential logistical details and weather-related adaptations.

I retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements (typically 7 years for financial records under Dutch law).

I do not sell or rent your personal data. I only share data with trusted service providers necessary to operate our business, such as:

  • Payment Processors: To securely handle deposits and final payments.

  • Website Hosting/Analytics: To maintain the functionality of our digital classroom.
