Learn to see strong compositions in everyday moments. We’ll work on observation, timing, light, and framing while walking through Amsterdam’s streets — focusing less on gear and more on how to think visually.

Urban Sketching
Translate the city’s architecture and atmosphere into sketches that train observation and structure.
Learn to draw confidently on location while developing believable perspective and a stronger sense of observation. We’ll work with ink and pigment in the city, focusing on clarity, structure, and personal expression rather than perfection.

Street Photography & Sketching
Use camera and sketchbook to strengthen observation, composition, and visual clarity.
Photography captures the light; sketching captures the structure. We use the pen to slow down—to map the geometry and weight of a street before we ever lift the camera. It is a dual discipline designed to move you past the 'snapshot' and into a more intentional, lasting way of seeing.
